I did many research and red studies Abt this diet and concluded that, this diet is indeed better for our health and correlates to our longevity. But I have a doubt, before we started cultivating crops, approximately 12,000 yrs ago we ate red meat, fruits, etc but our life expectancy was only Abt 30 yrs. why is that?

Maybe lack of medicine, way more predators, and harsh living conditions

thats not even true tho, there are many civilisations that lived up to 100 years old, you just have to not take the infant deaths into account

Our life expectancy was longer back then if you didn’t get eaten by a predator or die of starvation

agreed, and its also true that the average lifespan used to be 30-40 years old, but you have to look into why that is, taking the average of something you always include every death, and so deaths by predators, starvation and even infant deaths brings down the average by alot, even tho if you didnt experience any of this you would easily have lived up to 100 or more.

@veggiedietcell this should sum it up

Obviously it's a complete meme. And then you have niggers like @FaceandBBC who either fall for it or keep up an elaborate larp

Remember when humans built the tower of Babel? Some higher force punished us and limited our lifespan to 120. And that coincided with introduction of slave food/grain based diet. Even then Tom Parr of England lived to 165 or 156 and Li Chung Yen lived to 265. I do believe the Bible may be real.

makes alot of sense, in the book "The Stress of Life" Hans Selye, says "I have never seen a patient die of old age. In fact, I do not believe anyone dies of old age. We all die of some disease or another that is brought on by stress."

Yes. Just accumulated toxicity or deterioration due to stress.

not enough sun exposure, pale people usually have the most moles, contrary to people who tanned all their life, im telling you to tan your whole body and if you think that sun damage causes skin to age to just avoid tanning the face, do this and youll get rid of the moles, the reason why sun cant cause skin cancer is because 80% of skin cancer cases are in places where people usually never get exposed to sunlight, makes you wonder
