The Raw Primal Diet

This thread will discuss the basic theory and building blocks of the raw primal diet. There has recently been a surge in popularity of this diet due to FaceIQ and Goatis, but this guide will follow the teachings of Aajonus Vonderplanitz, the creator of this diet. If you want to look further into this diet beyond this post I recommend reading the second part of We Want to Live (if you have a specific illness, 4/5 chance there is a guide in this book on how to treat or alleviate it) or The Recipe for Living Without Disease for food recipes if you want some variety in the diet.

Aajonus talks about people who have already adapted to the cooked diet, they can properly metabolize cooked fats and they can make their own enzymes that they need, these are your Richard Ramirezes and The Rocks of the world, despite eating a lot of straight sludge, they still have clear skin and very good health indicators, however this is a very small minority. If you have clear skin without any sort of external factors despite eating straight garbage and still feel energized, this post will be of little use, go show this thread to your friends with shitty skin instead
Improved Digestion - I completely stopped farting, I want to go to the toilet like 5 minutes after eating and constipation has never been an issue since I went raw primal

Constantly Stable Energy Levels & Increased Mental Clarity - Went from having bursts of energy followed by shut-in like periods to having very stable energy levels, as a result my productivity skyrocketed, if you have mental issues like BPD, OCD, depression and to some extent bipolar disorder you will see very similar effects, that is due to a constant and unchanging flow of energy coming to the brain from gluconeogenesis. Following this line of logic, anger issues should disappear, making you much less vulnerable to being ragebaited

Getting Rid of Cravings - All weird food cravings will be gone in like a month of this diet, all cravings from that month onwards would be your body requesting certain food for optimal function like you craving butter because your body needs more fats to lubricate itself or the body wanting vegetable juice for needing electrolytes (I will get into this later)

Test Increase - Aajonus went DECADES without any sort of dedicated training and he still had the muscles of a dad that dedicates at least 1 hour daily for lifting weights, pretty clear sign of high test amounts. I myself noticed my boners lasting much longer and a desire to either murder obese foids or have sex with MTB+ foids, something that was not there before.

Now that I have established who will benefit from this diet and what improvements you will see from this diet, I will go onward by introducing what foods you should get and why are they beneficial and some misconceptions within common diet theory that the ZOG controlled doctors blindly follow. The weekly cost should not be that high if you source your stuff properly, for note I am able to afford all this as a quite average university student.
Beef - Any sort of supermarket beef will suffice, I recommend fattier cuts and SOME liver, keep the ratio approximately 3:1 beef muscle meat to beef liver. You can buy any other meat you want but the raw meat quality hierarchy from best to worst goes something like this: Beef, Lamb, Bison, Goat, Chicken and Turkey

Raw Unsalted Butter - Purest form of uncooked saturated fats, these are the fats you want to take a LOT of as it works much like a WD-40 for the body, it lubricates everything and makes sure that all bodily functions stay optimal. Unsalted is preferred as salt messes up with its natural mineral distribution which can lead to stuff like osteoporosis, high blood pressure, kidney stones, muscle cramps and so on.

Eggs - Raw will be the way to go with them for more healthy fats and tons of vitamins, the egg white contains anti-nutrients so cooking it will be recommended, I usually cook the egg white and mix it with the yolk for a pseudo-omelette or just drink the plain yolk, look for soy-free pasture raised eggs, eating egg with soy is like eating straight seed oils

Unheated Raw Honey - Pure Raw Honey doesn`t do jack shit, unheated is what Aajonus (and bees themselves) recommend, heating it kills a lot of very useful enzymes, antioxidants, minerals, nutrients and vitamins, this will be your main source of sweet tasting food, as the fructose in honey is the only type of sweet that will help your body out instead of spiking insulin and making you obese. If you are moneymaxxed you should also regularly consume royal jelly, it`s basically honey premium, look again for raw and unheated

[My own suggestion] Raw Beef Blood - Basically what milk is but better in absolutely every way, if your local butcher is not a goy that mistreats his cattle and injects them with every single injection known to man, try to ask him if he has animal blood, he will usually sell it for nearly nothing as it is trash for him

Unpasteurized milk, Raw Cream - The hype is real, pasteurizing denatures a lot of good enzymes, water-soluble vitamins, Aajonus explicitly advised against drinking pasteurized milk, as it contains a lot of cooked fats, disrupts immune system, increases risk of future heart disease and it is bad on a hormonal level for you. Lord Rothschild sole other suggestion to the British Government besides the creation of Israel being the mass adoption of pasteurized milk should raise a lot of red flags in itself

Fruits (eat them whenever, make sure they are pesticide free) - Berries, Melons, Tomatoes, Pineapple, Papaya and Bananas (rarely)

Vegetables - Celery, Cucumbers, Avocado and while not recommended food seasoning is allowed in moderation

Aajonus was very against drinking water, it does not have any minerals, little of it goes toward cell hydration and most of it gets pissed out. You can notice this when you feel very bloated and as if you ate candies after drinking a lot of water, water not being recommended as a cleanser when you are profusely vomiting should signal a red flag. Here are some alternatives for optimal hydration:

Raw Milk - Explained its benefits earlier, you can get away by only drinking this (or beef blood), it hydrates and is full of nutrients, minerals and enzymes, however Kefir made from Raw Milk (Just let a glass of milk rot at room temperature to make kefir JFL) is preferred due to higher enzyme presence

Fruit Juice - You can hydrate yourself by eating any of the fruits written in my shopping list section, that`s their main use case

Celery/Cucumber/Carrot Mix - Recommended for people that have just started with it, drinking a mix of it every morning should make the transition very smooth

Carbonated Water - Look for it to be naturally carbonated, it will serve as water with the electrolytes it needs for it to be beneficial. If you buy artificially carbonated water, you will feel like shit after drinking it from the large amount of free radicals it contains

What about E.Coli and Salmonella?
According to Aajonus, germ theory is very misunderstood as bacteria and parasites are a net positive to the body, they help out by consuming dead or failing cells. The reason some people get really sick from these bacteria is that they have a very large amount of failing cells, the bacteria eats it all up. The body is detoxing itself at very fast rates causing a person to feel like shit and throw up all day. I have eaten rotten beef liver recently, despite the foul taste and smell, I had 0 issues after eating it, matter of fact I felt more energized.

It is when you get sick, throw up, have rashes/acne, allergies and such similar complications. It is your body`s way of cleaning itself, the human body is a very impressive monolith and such detoxifications are a good thing, it means your body is getting rid of trash and you need to reverse-engineer what is that trash and avoid it

If I would start the diet from scratch, I would recommend taking it slow, there is no reason to stress your body out of nowhere, the human body loves slow and steady transitions.You will increase raw meat consumption by starting at first with beef tartare then slowly introducing raw beef muscle cuts/liver and eventually other types of raw animal meat. You will slowly remove things from your diet starting with your main carb sources and finishing with things such as salads and smoothies. It is normal if you feel very tired at first, it is your body learning how to convert fats into energy compared to how it used to convert carbs beforehand. If you are wondering why can we not consume both fats and carbs, I suggest you look into the Randall Cycle. After a month of this strict diet raw meat majority diet, your cravings will be your body telling you what it needs to supply itself, listen to your body afterwards, we are all very different.


- Don`t consume canned food under any circumstances
- Don`t drink coffee, it`s goycattle slop, needing it to function means you are a slave
- Don`t drink alcoholic beverages
- Cardio is a good thing if it is naturally occurring (playing ball, slaying, swimming, etc)
- Get 10 minutes of sun when you wake up to properly set your inner clock, use red light filter on your devices, preferably wake up when the sun rises
- Sleep however long your body wants, most self-healing is done during that period

Never seen a very good looking person who does primal, of course eating mostly animals is very good but eating raw and stuff is not going to do much.

OP update: Continued on with this diet and it cleared out most of the bad NDness I had, managed to lose my virginity with a HTB too. The only things I would add to this post in retrospect is the Aajonus nut formula to see faster cleansing of mentalcelness, eating raw white meat if you feel overstimulated by beef/lamb and I much more heavily recommend drinking raw blood as most of it accidentally contains adrenochrome, it mogs ashwaganda in every category

This thread will discuss the basic theory and building blocks of the raw primal diet. There has recently been a surge in popularity of this diet due to FaceIQ and Goatis, but this guide will follow the teachings of Aajonus Vonderplanitz, the creator of this diet. If you want to look further into this diet beyond this post I recommend reading the second part of We Want to Live (if you have a specific illness, 4/5 chance there is a guide in this book on how to treat or alleviate it) or The Recipe for Living Without Disease for food recipes if you want some variety in the diet.

Aajonus talks about people who have already adapted to the cooked diet, they can properly metabolize cooked fats and they can make their own enzymes that they need, these are your Richard Ramirezes and The Rocks of the world, despite eating a lot of straight sludge, they still have clear skin and very good health indicators, however this is a very small minority. If you have clear skin without any sort of external factors despite eating straight garbage and still feel energized, this post will be of little use, go show this thread to your friends with shitty skin instead
Improved Digestion - I completely stopped farting, I want to go to the toilet like 5 minutes after eating and constipation has never been an issue since I went raw primal

Improved Immune Function - The main reason behind the body getting sick is it cleaning itself, think of it as an oil change or a computer restart, as you will be eating food optimal to the human body, the body will have no need to clean itself as much, and even if it has to clean itself the sickness will stay a day tops due to the sheer amount of new enzymes it can now use

Getting Rid of Cravings - All weird food cravings will be gone in like a month of this diet, all cravings from that month onwards would be your body requesting certain food for optimal function like you craving butter because your body needs more fats to lubricate itself or the body wanting vegetable juice for needing electrolytes (I will get into this later)

Test Increase - Aajonus went DECADES without any sort of dedicated training and he still had the muscles of a dad that dedicates at least 1 hour daily for lifting weights, pretty clear sign of high test amounts. I myself noticed my boners lasting much longer and a desire to either murder obese foids or have sex with MTB+ foids, something that was not there before.

Now that I have established who will benefit from this diet and what improvements you will see from this diet, I will go onward by introducing what foods you should get and why are they beneficial and some misconceptions within common diet theory that the ZOG controlled doctors blindly follow. The weekly cost should not be that high if you source your stuff properly, for note I am able to afford all this as a quite average university student.
Beef - Any sort of supermarket beef will suffice, I recommend fattier cuts and SOME liver, keep the ratio approximately 3:1 beef muscle meat to beef liver. You can buy any other meat you want but the raw meat quality hierarchy from best to worst goes something like this: Beef, Lamb, Bison, Goat, Chicken and Turkey

Raw Unsalted Butter - Purest form of uncooked saturated fats, these are the fats you want to take a LOT of as it works much like a WD-40 for the body, it lubricates everything and makes sure that all bodily functions stay optimal. Unsalted is preferred as salt messes up with its natural mineral distribution which can lead to stuff like osteoporosis, high blood pressure, kidney stones, muscle cramps and so on.

Eggs - Raw will be the way to go with them for more healthy fats and tons of vitamins, the egg white contains anti-nutrients so cooking it will be recommended, I usually cook the egg white and mix it with the yolk for a pseudo-omelette or just drink the plain yolk, look for soy-free pasture raised eggs, eating egg with soy is like eating straight seed oils

Unheated Raw Honey - Pure Raw Honey doesn`t do jack shit, unheated is what Aajonus (and bees themselves) recommend, heating it kills a lot of very useful enzymes, antioxidants, minerals, nutrients and vitamins, this will be your main source of sweet tasting food, as the fructose in honey is the only type of sweet that will help your body out instead of spiking insulin and making you obese. If you are moneymaxxed you should also regularly consume royal jelly, it`s basically honey premium, look again for raw and unheated

[My own suggestion] Raw Beef Blood - Basically what milk is but better in absolutely every way, if your local butcher is not a goy that mistreats his cattle and injects them with every single injection known to man, try to ask him if he has animal blood, he will usually sell it for nearly nothing as it is trash for him

Unpasteurized milk, Raw Cream - The hype is real, pasteurizing denatures a lot of good enzymes, water-soluble vitamins, Aajonus explicitly advised against drinking pasteurized milk, as it contains a lot of cooked fats, disrupts immune system, increases risk of future heart disease and it is bad on a hormonal level for you. Lord Rothschild sole other suggestion to the British Government besides the creation of Israel being the mass adoption of pasteurized milk should raise a lot of red flags in itself

Fruits (eat them whenever, make sure they are pesticide free) - Berries, Melons, Tomatoes, Pineapple, Papaya and Bananas (rarely)

Vegetables - Celery, Cucumbers, Avocado and while not recommended food seasoning is allowed in moderation

Aajonus was very against drinking water, it does not have any minerals, little of it goes toward cell hydration and most of it gets pissed out. You can notice this when you feel very bloated and as if you ate candies after drinking a lot of water, water not being recommended as a cleanser when you are profusely vomiting should signal a red flag. Here are some alternatives for optimal hydration:

Raw Milk - Explained its benefits earlier, you can get away by only drinking this (or beef blood), it hydrates and is full of nutrients, minerals and enzymes, however Kefir made from Raw Milk (Just let a glass of milk rot at room temperature to make kefir JFL) is preferred due to higher enzyme presence

Fruit Juice - You can hydrate yourself by eating any of the fruits written in my shopping list section, that`s their main use case

Celery/Cucumber/Carrot Mix - Recommended for people that have just started with it, drinking a mix of it every morning should make the transition very smooth

Coconut Water - Drinking too much will cause potassium overdose but it is a very refreshing and electrolyte-dense alternative to water

Carbonated Water - Look for it to be naturally carbonated, it will serve as water with the electrolytes it needs for it to be beneficial. If you buy artificially carbonated water, you will feel like shit after drinking it from the large amount of free radicals it contains

What about E.Coli and Salmonella?
According to Aajonus, germ theory is very misunderstood as bacteria and parasites are a net positive to the body, they help out by consuming dead or failing cells. The reason some people get really sick from these bacteria is that they have a very large amount of failing cells, the bacteria eats it all up. The body is detoxing itself at very fast rates causing a person to feel like shit and throw up all day. I have eaten rotten beef liver recently, despite the foul taste and smell, I had 0 issues after eating it, matter of fact I felt more energized.

It is when you get sick, throw up, have rashes/acne, allergies and such similar complications. It is your body`s way of cleaning itself, the human body is a very impressive monolith and such detoxifications are a good thing, it means your body is getting rid of trash and you need to reverse-engineer what is that trash and avoid it

If I would start the diet from scratch, I would recommend taking it slow, there is no reason to stress your body out of nowhere, the human body loves slow and steady transitions.You will increase raw meat consumption by starting at first with beef tartare then slowly introducing raw beef muscle cuts/liver and eventually other types of raw animal meat. You will slowly remove things from your diet starting with your main carb sources and finishing with things such as salads and smoothies. It is normal if you feel very tired at first, it is your body learning how to convert fats into energy compared to how it used to convert carbs beforehand. If you are wondering why can we not consume both fats and carbs, I suggest you look into the Randall Cycle. After a month of this strict diet raw meat majority diet, your cravings will be your body telling you what it needs to supply itself, listen to your body afterwards, we are all very different.


- Don`t consume canned food under any circumstances
- Don`t drink coffee, it`s goycattle slop, needing it to function means you are a slave
- Don`t drink alcoholic beverages
- Cardio is a good thing if it is naturally occurring (playing ball, slaying, swimming, etc)

It costs me about 40 dollars a week, I’m in Europe so your mileage might vary however. My rec is to go buy it from your local farmer, it will be cheaper and usually higher quality

everything raw is less lethal even if the meat is vaccinated if its cooked then the toxins will be more toxic goes for vegetables and everything we eat and raw oxalates arent even bad they bind to toxins in the brain btw raw toxins will be easier to poop out or detox but cooked makes it very hard example if you eat toxic raw meat the toxins can be removed up to 98 percent but if you cook it youll get 98 percent of the toxins that was already there raw is law
