Can I put pressure on the place where I need to apply pressure ( inside my mouth) with the help of my tongue instead of my two thumbs? I'm not talking about mewing, in mewing you apply pressure on your plate or you create a suction such that your tongue sticks to the upper palate, but don't we put pressure around the muscle above the teeth in thumb pulling?
