Just have separate rooms and bathrooms for each other, I saw some documentaries about the life of celebrities, and those who were married had several rooms only for themselves, private bathrooms, showers, toilets, etc...
Even for the guests, there were separate bathrooms, so they wouldn't use those of the celebrity.
