DankeThese are both short-lasting so you’d need to repeat taking them every 15-30 mins. You notice their effects after 2-5 minutes
-Dextro Energy Tablets for glucose (or similar)
-Energy bars or snickers or protein bars
Longer lasting:
-smoothie with vegetables and fruits
-full grain bread and cooked egg for protein
-hemp seeds and fish for the brain (omega 3)
-vitamin D foods or supplements are always good
