A questions about eating

Hey guys I have 3 presentations in the row for 4.5 hours. What should I eat to not to faint in the process because of the low glucose and how to not to get bloated?
 
These are both short-lasting so you’d need to repeat taking them every 15-30 mins. You notice their effects after 2-5 minutes

-Dextro Energy Tablets for glucose (or similar)
-Energy bars or snickers or protein bars

Longer lasting:
-smoothie with vegetables and fruits
-full grain bread and cooked egg for protein
-hemp seeds and fish for the brain (omega 3)
-vitamin D foods or supplements are always good

Edit: and lots of water!
