a really frightening Weird dream i had on melatonin

I took 1mg melatonin last night at 12:30am i feel asleep and I had a dream I was at a sleepover with one of my crushs and her friends and a monster came and killed her and her guests. However I was able to escape outside the house and was soon then teleported to a storming ocean struggling to swim by the time I woke up it was 8am.

I had a dream where I was running away from a strange man in pitch black darkness and when I got into my house, there was a gruesome scene. my mom was dead and hanging on a wall, there was blood all over the place

my dad is mentally ill as fuck tho, so I might be
he has diagnosed bipolar and probably developed something worse due to not taking bipolar meds and doing drugs instead jfl
