I don't know what these red pill coaches are preaching exactly, but usually when someone talks about "abundance mindset", he means that having other options makes you more desirable and it makes it easier for you to negotiate your own terms, this is true when it comes to relationships, business, job opportunities.
you have to work on yourself to have options though, you don't just wake up and decide to pretend that you have options, if pretending that you have options is what these red pill coaches are preaching then this is too dumb to make a video about.
