I used mk677 once legit did nothing
Flys aren’t good to build strength, they are more for building size

you've used the worst one
yeah agree pushing builds some inner strength and its also a compound movement a lot of other muscles get stimulus , honestly rn chest is my weakpoint so ill just isolate them pecs
