so ill just run 2.5mg letro daily pair that with fulvestrant to degrade the receptors and achieve nearly 0 estrogen signaling in the growth plates.
the standard fulvestrant dosing is every 2 weeks 500mg and then every month after 28 days BUT i will be running much lower because of it being kinda expensive
for reference something about 200/g

pair that with something to up regulate my igfaxis.
also will up regulate other pathways but i need to calculate if im going to be able to afford all that.

also later on ill have dht gel to rub on my dick and zygos and infras to get more androgen receptors and pair that with halotestin or dht while microdosing test for cognative maintenance. prolly like 100mg test doesnt matter if im using dht.
on top ill maybe use erdafitinib since i just acquired this source
