A serious problem about me

At the gym there is bunch of people i can talk to.About 10 people i can chat with but all i do is stay quiet.They just dap me up and do their work and i see them talking with each other.But not me im just for some reason cast out.And i subconciously think that if i approach them and try to engage with them they would find me annoying or wouldnt be interested in having conversations with me.Which would wreck me tbh.Is this connected with self related issues such as inferiority complex etc.I mean i kinda know how to fix it.I just need other peoples opinions like yours.If you guys were in the gym and somebody approached would you chat with them and become friends or would u be annoyed?Do u think i should approach and chat with more people at gym?

In the gym not many go to talk really. They are there to put in a shift and get their workout done.

Many either don’t like the gym, so want to get it done quick, or love it and want to focus on their shit. It’s not really a social situation tbh.
