A SHORT VISUAL REFERENCE OF THE RATIOS AND BONES OF THE BODY FOR AESTHETICS

True but when I say a smaller skull I dont mean smaller than the male average. I mean slightly smaller than the other bones that make up your body. Too small would be comical. Most bodybuilders have slightly smaller skulls than their limbs and clavicles because they are not the top of the top that wins IFBB competitions. A lot of average skulls without clavicles make into pros too. That is why it is in the less important section
Agreed.

This is a reference not a guide. TLDR: A compilation of the most important bones and ratios that determine aesthetic potential of the body

The thigh and arm circumference ratios doesn’t seem right. These sizes would be ridiculously small…

In the case of joints, it is absolutely better to have smaller joints since they make the nearby muscle look big in comparison. This is because the taper from the muscle belly to joint is sharper.
Larger joints however make it easier to gain muscle though, no? It's harder to build muscle mass with smaller bone structure.
These are relatively less important than the ones listed above. The head should be smaller than average to make the chest and the shoulders look bigger. This gives off the "action figure" look that is so popular. It also enhances the double bicep pose.
A smaller than average head would be a failo irl. if a guy has a large head, he could just train his shoulders to look more proportional.
The very famous ratio responsible for the V-taper. An ideal ratio is around 1.6-1.8.
Anything in between 1.5-2.0 is good imo. Btw, should this be measured in circumference or horizontal width?
The ideal neck circumference should be 0.65x times the arm circumference.
Shouldn't the neck, biceps, and calves all be the same size?

Larger joints mean more volume to fill since it provides a larger limb.

I put a smaller than average head to mean, a lightly smaller head than the bones. Not a small skull for a man. Actually, it is conflicts with PSL aesthetics but this is strictly for the best body aesthetics so I put it here anyway. Look at a previous comment I have explained there.

The ratio is measured in circumference like when you go to tailor clothes

Not really, all the 0.001% bodies in the Classical division follow these ratios to some extent. The men who win the competitioms check almost all of the ratios mentioned here. It is a benchmark created after noticing the most successful bpdybuilders of Silver Era and Golden Era bodybuilders

The thigh to waist circumference needs to be measured to understand what I mean. It may seem ridiculous but it is seen in competitions.

The neck to arm circumference is cherry on top. It is not ncecessary so not all Classical Physique bodybuilders have it.

The thighs were 60% of the waist when I looked at the measurements of 50 bodybuilders. Some were 70% some were 55% but all fit witgin that range. 60% was the middle point. Maybe I should have put .55-.70 but now I cant edit it. I apologise for the misdirection.

I realise I fucked up the neck to arm circumference. It is supposed to be 1:1, that is why I mentioned training your neck in this section. Fuark this is a costly mistake. I copied it from my notes for another ratio
