I have a slanted ramus too, but I have good jaw width, angularity, and forward growth

However, my lower wisdoms were impacted, while my uppers weren’t (I have a forward growth maxilla)

I got mine removed almost a year ago, zero changes from it, doubt the extraction of them can do anything
