It's so depressing to watch vids from the 90's on youtube (house parties and stuff)
Wasn't even that long ago, but it's like the world was new for everyone!!

Smartphones and the internet and stuff seem to have made everyone hate life and themselves.

Imagine that vid being done again now - the girls would be glued to their phone. Nobody looking happy (instead trying to look 'sultry' and angry on purpose). The guys approaching the girls would get a way more negative reaction - not to mention they'd suspect them of trying to date rap them with the free mountain dew lol

Cameras back then were a novelty, the only things you could interact with back then were other people. It's why EVERYONE besides literal losers was NT, you couldn't do anything else. Now you have options, looking at your phone, putting headphones on and listening to music, etc.

Nowadays it's considered weird to even talk to a person who sits next to you at the bus stop or something
