am gonna bulk now bro i have to try increase frame size and hooding before my plates are fully closed which is at 20 and i am 18 rn. u need excess calories to do this or else bone smashing, wrist curls etc are all for nothing. but i have made it to 12% rn i will try only reaching 17% maximum in the next 8 months of this then cut to 10%. it sucks but what can u do. i will miss the starve i dont like to eat too much anymore
