Eh, this is more than just an instance of some dude cold approaching girls. These are streamers and he was, from what I understand, watching their stream in order to ask them out. Either way, he definitely knew of them, which borders immediately on "stalker" territory.

Asking a streamer for their number or whatever is one of the most out-of-touch things you can do. On top of that, he proceeded to follow them when they rejected him, already agitated, so clearly the guy was just not stable. And you don't try to provoke someone who's not stable. Anything can happen.
