A tale of two brothers (How does this even happen)

I know of two brother about 1.5 years apart. The eldest one is taller, more built and gymcelled to the moon. The younger one is shorter (by about an inch still 6’1 tho) and less built plus detests the gym. Here’s where it gets interesting. The eldest one has perfectly straight teeth with no braces but his chin does not project (slightly recessed). He still slays tho for sure. But his younger sibling required braces for years yet has a jaw that projects well. The younger one is a male model.
How can this be explained? This contradicts so many theories.
