As i refused to do my work, she said sometimes you just have to do things you dont want to, and said she does it all the time at work and in her life with her family
(in a understanding empathetic tone, not a scolding one)
i said its not the same because she has a family of her own (not the same as the family i have by being born in it, i mean the one you build yourself with willing participants who choose you) and her friends, her circles she belongs to as a reason to keep going, while i have nothing.
