It is clear to me Armstrong is making a veiled reference here to the Many Worlds Theory of quantum mechanics. The emphasis he places on worlds like "it's" infers to me that he knows there is an infinity of universes, and that the linear and unitary dynamics of quantum mechanics applies everywhere and at all times and so describes the whole universe. Or he is just a cultural appropriating Kangz with a freakishly large lung capacity. IDK. 50/50
