A turntable I sold on Ebay got destroyed in the mail!

I sold a turntable on Ebay and I took it to a packing place. They packed it totally wrong. It came completely damaged. The platter was warped, the dust cover cracked, and the tone arm broke off. Now I have to refund the buyer $360 plus the shipping costs. I am so mad I could spit nails.
