He told me this just like 2 hours ago jfl he was a Steroid maxxed Tyrone all the white and ethnic girls stared at him intensely while he was flexing in the mirror mirrin tbh. Should i just bulk up with 4k calories i’m 78 kg? I’m thinking about bulking up 10 kg in 3 weeks will it make me fat?

You might get fat tho. Maybe a little bit if do lean bulk ( Whole foods).

No diffrence if i eat good tbh all that extra Calories will be stored as fat. Tbh i should just bulk with 500 calories over maintenance.

For a vile of it it's 50 but you use a drop a day before bed and you only do it for 8 weeks then take a break then back on
