PCT is ideal but too high PCT ON LOW pfl makes you look asian

yeah canthoplasty cangive up to 2.5mm+ of PFL alone depending on how mnuch the lateral canthi is tightened but iknow a doctor who edoes horizontal palpebral fissure length widening canthotomy pfl widening but will not give out publicly bc of the faggots who will spread it mainstram and its not on internert and no oculoplastician dares to do it bc of hihg inhib
