, had 6000 mg Idk if that was too little but I wasn't being smart obviously
, but I just layed in bed cause I get all my information off movies so I thought I just wouldn't wake up or something (not how that works obviously) and since I was stupid I put on one of those shifting audios, you know like when people used to keep talking about shifting to Harry Potter or whatever but mine was just desired reality, I couldn't fall asleep so I just layed there for like 40 till I felt super sick and real cold
so unfortunatly I threw it up in toilet
, I went to taekwondo 2 hours after and it was so dumb nobody talked to me there and I felt a bit sick still, I don't think I feel any better but I wouldn't try anything anymore I don't really dislike myself anymore only other people
, or I'm just lazy none of my problems got fixed, would it have worked if I held it in for longer? it would be pretty lame though I'm pretty sure, if u just used a gun or something it'd be cooler.
