AAS are Fucking my sleep and I need help

I started applying 11-Ketotestosterone gel - 6 pumps daily. It’s not even a hard AAS (Anabolic Androgen Steroid), but still throughout the whole duration of applying it (~2 weeks) I can’t sleep properly: I fall asleep at ~2AM lately, Then I wake up suddenly during the night after 2,3,4 hours. Sometimes I can get to sleep back and sometimes not.

It seems like a common problem with AAS, based on what I’ve read, like this research. But I couldn’t find a nice solution, even on this forum, so I ask knowledgeable users to help me and other fellow AAS ascenders.

Didn't do shit, at least for me. nigga i took 100mg ed , it's good for antioxidant properties, but for sleep didn't do shit.

Use Orexin antagonists, ( Lemborexant or Daridorexant).

took Melatonin for 2 days and it didn’t do shit. Rn I’m again awake at 5 am with like few minutes of sleep overall. I’m not planning to take anything serious cuz I don’t wanna fry my neurotransmitters and shit, so I just gonna stop applying gel for 1-2 days and see what happens.
