Most of you don’t give a single fuck about cardiovascular exams when cycling—especially when it’s “just test” (yeah, I did the same dumb shit). Big cope.
So here’s why you should actually care about your heart if you’re blasting/cruising or running long cycles instead of thinking you’re built different.
Study for anyone who can read more than 3 lines:
https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/full/10.1161/circheartfailure.109.931063
For the brainlets who won’t read it:
They took long-term AAS users and checked their hearts with echocardiograms.
Results, translated to org language:
So while you’re flexing in the mirror and posting progress pics, your heart is already on life support.
I could go deeper into how different compounds fuck your cardiovascular system in different ways, but let’s be honest: AAS use is being normalized like it’s creatine.
I use too, but people jump on with zero medical checks, zero background, zero IQ.
This study is just one example showing that chronic, reckless use has real consequences.
But sure, keep coping and saying “won’t happen to me”.
Not an AAS expert.
If someone has legit data to refute this, post it.
Otherwise, stop pretending you’re immune to biology.

Results, translated to org language:
- Your heart pumps WAY less blood (around 55% worse than a normal healthy adult).
- Your heart contractions are weak and pathetic.
- Your heart struggles to fill between beats .
