for yall out there who are or arent on gear, what does core training look like? what excerises do yall do, and how often do you train?

Weighted crunches or cable crunches any crunch movement tbh then a decline sit-up with weight I like a lot. Also make sure you do cardio

do you mean cardio for lower bf cause im just curious on how bodybuilders get abs when their all giant and shit

+1 just do crunch shit I usually do cable crunches then some muh sit ups but as u prob know bf% is the true factor training them does help though

i mean they are all like 5% bf that isn’t something you need tbh. Genetics also play a huge role as I’m around 12-13% bf and have pretty good abs but body fast does play the biggest role. I also ran a tesa and ipa cycle and that dropped my visceral fat and def made my core look better. In the gym though I would just focus on a weighted crunch movement and dropped body fat are really the 2 big things

Yeah body fat is king. Training core does help you move more weight for other exercises by making your brace better.
