Abaloparatide, teriparatide,romosozumab q’s

i am 18 m, growth plates closed, don’t care about height, just want face bones, which of these is best I’ve seen Abalo is best for bones and really no sides, my big questions is, when you eventually hop off, they say to switch to anti re-absorption, do you have to do this, if so, how long and if you stop with the anti re absorption, will you lose all the progress you made?? Feel free to drop any info I missed I don’t know much at all abt this and need advice
