abdominal region cramps on testosterone

i just pinned my first 250mg testosterone which i’ll be doing twice a week

i got the vials from an indiamart supplier

5 hours since pinning, i’m getting moderate stomach cramps

is ts normal or did i just inject straight metals and initiate acute liver failure
