eat only natural foods. raw meat, raw dairy, raw eggs, honey, fruit. you will not suffer at all. how could you? after all , you’re eating how you were made to eat. it wouldn’t make sense for God to give man foods to eat in its purest state only for those to harm man.
but when you do the opposite… then the problems come to light. eating man made foods and being chemically bombarded constantly is completely against how you were made to be. no wonder you’d suffer. it’s only the consequences of going against God. it’s essentially spitting at his face eating “food” that his creation made over food he made himself jfl.
