I have been training it for 5 mont atp, barely made any difference tho measurement wise it grew 2cm and I went from 0.78 to 0.83 neck to bigonial, still not sure if it's cope or nit

yeah its brutal if u leanmax without going to the gym, and in general losing a ton of weight leads to some muscle mass being lost

Flexed or unflexed? If unflexed it’s p solid since ideal neck size is usually around 40cm

Relaxed but ig most of the size comes from the side since my neck looks pencil from the front
