I'd say he was 155-160lbs, maybe a bit less . Someone posted an image below and he was absolutely shredded there, 10-12% BF I'd say on yours, the perfect amount. At 18 I was a bit shorter that him, same mass, and 16% BF, 160lbs back then.

Only if he was depleted like I was at the time, once you eat normally you can have 5-10lbs more simply from water and glycogen stores, so probably closer to 160lbs. If you are looking at getting a similar physique, you just need a 3-6 month lean bulk with hitting the gym consistently and a tan, pretty easy when you are past puberty.

why would that be the perfect amount if in his PRIME he was 10-12%
i think 12% is optimal for looks, 16 is too high

I meant that 10-12% body fat is the perfect amount.
