about bonemass gains in puberty

is it even actually possible to get mogger bones and forward growth if you dont have them genetically? Or is there some way to actually get good bones while in puberty .

ppl say to use roids but i wont lie if you live in a country with no legal roids then you're kinda cooked (like me)

but tbf yeah some bones change a lot during puberty, (such as the browridge) im not sure tho i've still got to know if puberty will fix my recessed browridge

i wont lie i cant really tell, tho i would say you're not recessed ? (i could be wrong) the only weird thing that i see is the space between your lower lips and your chin
yeah i see what u mean, but yeah it dont look weird irl and im not recessed, but my bonemass is low and i dont really have hollow cheeks or good facial bones, and i want to change that

i feel you, except i used to be a fatass as a kid and i still need to lose it all with the gym, if puberty doesnt save me its over (+ my jaw is "dowturned" and my chin is very slightly recessed, but imma get braces tomorrow anyway)

your eyes kinda remind me of bjork (in a good way) i suck at ratings because im always too kind so this time i'll say High MTN (i could be wrong)

I think in hospitals in japan they mega dose vit k2 (45mg per day in studies) for elderly people w osteoporosis
It helps w periosteal bone formation on the whole skeleton => meaning thicker bones but less bone density
Also they prob gave them other bone supps like calcium, magnesium, vit d3 and a maybe boron and zinc for better bone quality
This therapy takes like 1-3 years but there might be notable changes after 6-12months
Tho there is no solid proof that it works on teenagers in puberty only on old people
idk tho

i get vitamin k2 from raw eggs, zinc from raw liver and d3 from sun
