About ethnic tax in ratings

You should add ethnic tax in a rating when a guy is too far from looking like the white beauty standard.

For example when rating the majority of indians, amerindians or asians. If a guy is HTN you should say he is low HTN. Appeal is included in his rating.

I apply ethnic tax for myself for being 25% amerindian.
