I've been on and off in this site for a few years. It's helped me with my face and stuff, like the usual, I've become more attractive, gotten more girls and what not, but there is one thing left I couldn't fix about myself, height.

I'm 5'7 at 18. My father shot up with a growth spurt around my age -or so he told me- and he reached 5'10. (Mom is 5'3 or 5'4)
The rest of the men in my family are over 6'0. All of them.

Is there any hope for me or am I completely fucked?

Too late for that lol. I tried to convince my mother back when I was 15 to start taking them but she just shrugged it off with "You'll grow don't worry".
The only height I got since then was 1" from going to the gym and fixing my posture.

Dont do anything, your growth already stopped and there is no possible way for u to grow a single inch

feel you, same here. 172cm. Dad spurted latest of all his brothers at 18 and stopped growing 21 and he’s 6’2 ( all his brothers are 6’3-6’4)

Lol my mom told me exactly the same and keeps telling me at 16...im even shorter than u with 5"6 and all the males in my bloodline are tall too

Just wait until 22 even if it's cope, there's nothing much to do, play some sports or do whatever is possible, don't expect too much so you won't be dissapointed if you don't reach the results you want
