Anyone who starts working out in the gym following a popular guide or using any random pre-workout becomes a slave to the gym

Magnesium is to blame

You need to sleep, relax, and that builds muscle!

Bra ts thing makes your muscles have a maximum of 10% extra strength the next day, and if you stop going to the gym, you'll actually fall back into a worse shape

It's like your testosterone production stopped not because you used testosterone, but because you simply used magnesium "for sleep."

Now, if you don't use all the supplements, your blood pressure is at zero, and it's really hard to get out of that state

TLDR: You could get bigger muscle 10 times faster and easier, and you'd be healthier if you didn't take magnesium
