My mother met a neighbor. The woman told my mother about her eldest son. Her son had suffered a neck injury as a child, and as a result, he was 160 cm tall for most of his puberty. After undergoing manual therapy, he grew to 190 cm.

Manual therapy is pseudoscientific, unproven esotericism. Perhaps without it, your friend would have grown 250 cm.

Pseudo-scientific? Are you serious? How can realigning the atlas vertebra not correct scoliosis? I'm not saying you shouldn't also correct your pelvic habits—for example, shifting all your weight onto one leg, or crossing your legs when you sit. And besides, he’s not my friend, I’ve never seen him.
