About MSE and IPD

So I'm probably gonna get MSE but I have too narrow IPD (due to narrow jaw, so nothing uncommon) but I'm afraid it will look off after MSE when the Zygos are wide but the IPD still close to the same.
Should I go really fast or rather slow for best changes in IPD?

Wide IPD looks so elegant as long as it's not retarded wide

Those are transformations of palatal (-> maxillary) expansion, sadly there's different sources speaking of different expansions (mewing, normal expander, sarpe,...) not sure what it actually is tho
