What a bunch of pussies everyone is, who cares about health when you look like a corpse that got pulled out of the water, go all out or don't even bother, get lean or die trying. (Not literally)

Obviously you have to find your minimum caloric requirement based on height weight and activity level, but the point of the thread is to go as low as possible to loose fat asap. If you loose muscle who the fuck cares only than you? Besides you can gain it back when you return to caloric maintenance jfl

idk man starving yourself just seems like it’d lead to unneeded sides

just eat a slight caloric deficit (300-500) or even eat at maintenance then exercise the 300-500 calories daily. people here think in absolutes too much, the only two options are not bloated subhuman or auschwitz

You can't gain weight?
Im after multiple surgeries (legs) which fucked me up, i got pirsoned at home, depressed and lost a lot of weight (year ago before surgery i was like 169cm and 50kg which was skinny but not that bad). If I was healthy and kept myself at good weight and ran lifts game prob i wouldnt be here since i have good face but other factors fucked me up and now im loser.

Just eat under maintainance and do cardio (+lift weights) you don't need to go full Robinson Crusoe mode.
That's a recipe for failure
