About teeth whitening (miswak)

Are the followed methods enough for whitening the teeth?

1) Tongue Scraping
2) Swishing with coconut oil
3) Brushing teeth 3 times a day

My main question is, are Miswak formula toothpastes cope? Im currently using one and i cant tell the difference. Would it be better for me to use miswak formula toothpaste rather than marvis (the white one) ?


P.S : I cant use teeth whitening strips rn because i have braces.

It reduces plaque formation. The yellowish color the plaques get makes ur teeth look yellowish.

Yes thats a solid routine, i wouldn't brush 3 times a day tho.. (i would only if u drink coffe or eat spicy stuff) 2 is good, but thats up to you. Marvis is good (i also got it) but i'd stick to the miswak formula.
