In november 2025 - 6 months ago - the forum achieved a major goal and hit 100 thousand registered users (not including deleted accounts)
looksmax.org
Keep in mind, it took almost 7 years to achieve this. 7 years of hard work, lookism growing outside of the forum, and slow growth.
In the 6 months since then, that number almost doubled:
in just 6 months, the forum saw the same growth that it saw over SEVEN YEARS.
This is roughly 12 thousand members being approved each month, as opposed to the 1 thousand a month during the first 7 years.
I saw the thread by @Gargantuan and it genuinely shocked me - because even though i joined in late 2025 - 7 years after the forum was made, i'm still in the first half of the combined forum members.
(his graph)
When i joined, the forum had just 70000 members, and yet people are acting as if the forum right now, is the same exact forum it was a year ago.
about reputation:
There's people complaining about rep ratios not mattering anymore because of 'repfarming', when the reality is, that it's not that everyone repfarms, but the sheer amount of users active making rep way easier to gain.
People, especially users that joined before 2025, got used to reputation being an exclusive thing, as if having reputation meant something - which was the case, when the forum had less than 50k active registered users - now it has 3 times that, so with that logic, you can expect the average reputation to grow by 3 times aswell.
When i joined, getting 15+ reps in your posts meant making a good and intresting offtopic post. Now, that minimal number grew to 30+. Same as post to rep ratios, when 3 used to be outstanding before, now you see LITERAL RANDOMS with it.
It's not really something that matters much. It doesn't affect the forum state in any way, and it's pretty hillarious to see people crashing out on it.
You NEED to get with the times, because at this growth rate, by 2027, every post will be getting countless of reps from the upcoming 300 thousand registered users. A 4 ratio will be the norm.
I'm just awaiting the time for reputation to be removed as a whole.

Good evening everyone, in today's org weather broadcast we can tell you you can expect a fivefold of the "rate my friend" with the OP prefix threads, a sixfold in "mewing" and "waterpulling" threads, an eightfold in "hymen" profile posts made under virgin profiles and a happy staff team...
