About to begin the process of getting custom infra/cheekbone implants. What should I look out for? Which surgeons to consult in EU?

Hi, as the title says, I will be getting custom implants for my cherkbones/infraorbital area. I will be getting a joint implants that covers this entire area, possibly even lateral orbital rim (pic related is what I think I need). I will be getting a CBCT scan of my skull and sending it out to a few surgeons. Now the main concern is, who do I consult (Ramieri is one of my choices), I am planning to get surgery in 6 months to a year. Also, what should I be on the lookout for? PEEK or other materials? How do I get a decent, natural looking result?

What constitutes as "natural looking" to you? Because 99% of malar implant before and afters are underwhelming and show almost 0 noticeable difference

Do you know how many mm of projection you want? A picture of your side profile would help

By natural-looking I mean that I don’t look operated on to a random passerby, family of course might notice, but a random person shouldn’t be able to tell I’ve had work done. Don’t want to end up looking botched, like the Bogdanoffs. I would try and get as much projection as I can, without looking uncanny. I like this result by Yaremchuk, obviously he’s had other work done, but the difference is clearly visible, I like this high-cheekbone result. I cannot afford Yaremchuk, but this is what I am trying to emulate, since the guy had obvious upper midface deficiency. I guess projection would depend on my underlying bone structure, so I cannot guess how much projection that would be. Is there some sort of a rule-of-thumb for this? Also, any actual good results from anyone other than some obscure ones? I remember one user here having custom implants done for a high-cheekbone look, really good result.
