I realize this isn't something that comes cheap, but there must be some surgeons out there in the EU/EEA (no 3rd world shitholes like Turkey please) that offer custom high cheekbone/infras/midface implants that aren't Ramieri, Alfaro or Sailer. Like, what are the Ramieris of today, before he became well-known and raised his prices through the roof?
