About to get enough money for implants

Started an actually skilled ai business based on building and maintaining websites and bot integrations with open source models about 1.5 years ago in uni around when it started.

Was shit for the first few months, got consistent income like maybe starting 3 months ago (averaging like 5.5-6k a month which is ass but good for a side hustle).

Hit 8.2-8.3k for the first month ever, projected to hit 10k per month in about 4 months if scaling goes well. Going to hire a guy from romania part time.

Going to get fat grafts and implants in few months, progress in terms of looks stalled for like a year bc no money. Even though im still like mmtn this is the happiest ive fucking been in years.

For the record im getting implants at some clinic in like pennsylvania for zygos supraorbitals and infras totaling maybe like 30k im getting the infras first in a few months

not getting the rest until maybe a year or few months after the infras in order to not strain finances

not even joking i was sending like 50 emails to random businesses on facebook before i figured out how to get ai to do it

Thanks man but for Phoenix its like mid/decent actually I only started making that much like the past 2-3 months, before then i was doing like only 2-3k a month maybe slightly more (my university is cheaper and does not cover rent, 1.4k monthly goes straight to renting a house I share with another guy)

I decided on two separate ones im going bloom plastic and providence (both in Penn state), probably getting my infras in bloom, have not decided for the other ones yet. Might do the others in providence for saving cost or pivot elsewhere.

I don't know how long, i havent gotten them yet im just planning for now if i determine it wont drain my finances i am getting infras done in few months.

All i know is waitlist time is decently long at 4 - 8 weeks and its quite expensive cuz apparently the surgeon is mad good.
