You’re right. Next time I’m going to do better and learn to not be afraid. Most of the time I’m driving, I have a bunch of bad thoughts in my mind and it feels like I’m overthinking while driving so it clouds my mind

Dude I had the same thing, my driving instructor even told me I only drove bad when I started overthinking things being too worried. Nowadays I get in the car and go so hard, music blasting and don’t have to think about what I’m doing at all

I even do dumb shit at times just to make it more fun lol

I gotta get to that point where I’m more relaxed. I wish I could take some type of inhibition disabler or some shit so I could concentrate more. Next time I drive I’m going to relax and just go with the flow of things

Yeah good. The best inhibition disabler is EXPERIENCE. Your mind is relaxed when it is in a familiar scenario. This goes with everything in life. If you have never talked to a girl before and you go and approach, you’re going to make a fool of yourself that first time but when a chad approaches, he is so used to it that his heart rate doesn’t even go up by 1 BPM lmao

Also, you getting a driver license isn’t just about getting the license. It’s taking a step in your life and doing something you didn’t think you can do. Your subconscious will realise ‘hey if I can do this thing and I was scared of it before, what else can I do?’ This is called MOMENTUM and I swear it works aye
