about to run a quick cut, need help

alr, so I was bulking for about 2 months, gained 25 LBS (not that much fat) pretty sure I went from 15-17% bf and now I want to cut back down to about 12% (which is like 5-8 LBS) i'm 6'1, 174 LBS rn, goal is to do it in about 2 weeks

Honestly I'd cut for longer 4–6 weeks when you're doing minicuts, if you plan to drop 5–8 lbs in 2 weeks you're going to be in a very aggressive deficit and that's hard, taxing on your metabolism, and you will likely lose so muscle in the process too.

I personally would cut for 4-6 weeks, as I said, it's not that long of a period and allows you to lose those 8 lbs while guaranteeing that your muscle mass stays relatively equal. Of course, high protein and good nutrition along with that too.

yeah, i'm also way younger (14) so I can prob get away with it, and before you say some shit like it's going to stunt your growth, this is just a detox kinda, i'm bulking but don't want to get too fat, so i'm cutting quickly to get back into bulking

I mean you're 14, do you really need to "quickly get back to bulking"? There's really no rush, I'd still argue you may want to cut slower, cutting that much weight in 2 weeks is guaranteed muscle loss to some degree, if you bulk a bit slower yeah, it may take more time, but at least you're not losing your progress or having slight issues with your metabolism (or messing with your growth, which is a very small issue if you do that for 2 weeks, but still an issue nonetheless.

As I see it, you have no business treating this like you're about to step on stage for a bodybuilding show, take it easy and cut a bit slower. But hey, do what you want really, not like it's my business

true true, but I really want to get jacked asap, lots of ppl in my gym class think they have more muscle mass then me just bc there lean lol, they think having a bit more bf means your physique is mainly bf, I would say they have like 130 lean mass, i'm about 20 pounds of lean mass up, so ig i'm also cutting just to prove a point, not to mention my face is round asl, I've been sitting at a high bf% pretty much my whole life, so I just want to do it quick and get it over with
