i think i have/had somewhat of a pretty moderate sfs, it was even visible when i was young my skull was pretty wide and brother had a tall skull with long midface.

I dont really jut my mandible isnt super recessed, so i just let my jaw loose and mew so my teeth dotn touch eachother and have a little 2-4mm gap. That way i add height to my lower third which ascends me 3 psl
