About to start taking igf1 and already taking Cjc at 16

Is there anything I would need to know about Igf 1 and will it help me.

if u 16 then u probably arent tlpur, take it but take atleast 8iu. lower doses are lower than natural production, providing only downsides, ur growth plates close faster, grow a lot slower, etc.
