usually my skin gets pretty good in the summer simply just from tanning cuz it hides the redness and shi

Try tretinoin first. Accutane is probably unnecessary for mild acne right now.

yeah he prescribed me a cream called avitcid, so basicly just tretinoin prescription cream its 0.05%

I have used tret for 6 months now I will tell you that it does clear acne but I still have post inflammatory erythema.
Get accutane if u can.

Purging in first 4-8 weeks I also burned my face.

make sure you use suncream daily if using either, else you may get permenant hyperpigmentation etc
