They are not unhealthy by nature but their extra height and size puts extra stress on their bones and body so if all other factors were consistent I would live longer and have better health than someone taller than me. But also shorter people experience fewer social benefits and that has been proven to be even more damaging to health than any minor effect that height may have so really I am coping from here to neptune with this one
