jfl if you think that doing what a png from google says its going to give you any results, these are random exercises, without planning, repetitions or sets, its just a waste of time

yeah bro! what exactly? doing 8 hours a day of different movements? how many repetitions or sets, what split? your body doesnt need more than 1-2 core excercises and thats even too much if you dont need the strenght for sports like calisthenics, 70% of abs is just being lean

I want bigger abs
 
Just go gym and do a proper training split it’s common sense this just wastes time
 
this will just make them stronger not bigger, and def wont lean u down in the slightest 😭
How to make your abs bigger then ?
 
Leaning cable crunches with rope. 10 sets go to failure heavy ass weight and progressively overload. Thats all you need
 
Abs is more about low body fat percentage
Even skinny twink has 6 pack abs
